The answer you are looking for may already be in the frequently asked questions. If you are sending a support request, including the following helps us solve the problem faster.
- The email address registered to your account
- The macOS version you are using
- When the problem happened and what you were trying to do
Please do not attach audio recordings or meeting transcripts to your email; if needed, we will agree together on which part you can share. Never send your password by email.
Response time
We usually reply within 2 business days. Requests under the KVKK are answered within 30 days at the latest.
